Screencasting with zero fuqs given.

Over the past several weeks I have noted down various subjects that I might be interested in blogging about, but when it comes to actually forming a plan for discussing things, I came to a realization.

I’m constantly doing *something*, but so often I have nothing to say about what I am working on. It’s not that I don’t have opinions on a piece of work I am in the midst of, but to apply context to projects just isn’t something I am interested in doing (unless that is specific to the project).

What you will see going forward are a number of screencasts I have uploaded of things I am doing. You may not know what they are, and I’m okay with that. Often times that will be on purpose either on behalf of whomever the project is for, or simply do to a lack of time.

Why would you come to a blog where someone is screencasting their projects and not telling you what it’s all about? I have no idea… Go start your own site and let me know.

Content for fun and profit.

No.  Smh.

So after years, I’m pretty darn good and configuring a WordPress site.  Not so good is coming up with things to say.  Many sites will say “write about what interests you”, and I think were I run into a stumbling block is nothing sounds compelling and new once I already know something.  How do I expect to educate and entertain talking about things that I already know.  If I spent more time “doing” instead of “what should I be doing” then I wouldn’t have this problem.

Don’t get me wrong… I’m trying to flex my creative muscle.

I’m starting a collection of Lego.
I invested in the gambit of Bob Ross paints and brushes.
I splurged on a $40.00 Japanese day planner.

I’m not quite sure what to do with it all.  But writing or sharing it on something other than a site like Facebook feels important.
